1. The service

Playlist IPTV sells IPTV subscriptions. Each subscription gives you login credentials (M3U playlist URL, Xtream Codes login, and EPG guide) for the duration you purchased. We are not a broadcaster and we don't develop player apps — third-party apps you use to watch may have their own separate terms and activation fees.

2. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in USD and paid in Bitcoin at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once the Bitcoin payment is confirmed on the network. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible — always double-check the payment address before sending.

3. Delivery

Credentials are delivered to the email address you entered at checkout, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. If you don't receive them, check your spam folder and then contact support with your order email.

4. Acceptable use

• Your subscription is for your own household use. Don't publicly share, resell, or redistribute your credentials.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
• We may suspend credentials that are abused, shared publicly, or used to attack our systems, with or without a refund depending on the case.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but IPTV depends on upstream providers and internet networks outside our control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. If the service stops working for you, contact support — our refund policy covers what happens next.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
